Where can I find my purchase?
Sign in with the account used for your purchase, then open My courses. Access is activated after payment confirmation.
My access is expired or suspended
Check your dates in My courses. Contact us to request an extension or ask about a suspension. Your results are preserved.
How do I change the language?
Use FR or EN for the platform. Choose the test language on the test setup screen.
